These terms apply to Design Studio, operated by Web Hosting Thailand (“we”, “us”). They cover the HTML and CSS templates we provide. By using Design Studio you agree to them.

1. Ownership

All templates in Design Studio are owned by Web Hosting Thailand. Copyright in those templates stays with us at all times. We license them to you for your own use. Except for the optional exclusive licence described below, you do not buy the template itself, and you do not receive exclusive rights to the design.

2. What you may do

While your licence is in force, you may change the template in any way — words, photos, colours, and structure. You may download the ZIP and publish the finished site on your own domain or, when we offer it, on a subdomain we host. You may move that site to any host or web server you choose, subject to section 6.

Your own words and photos remain yours.

3. What you may not do

You may not resell a template, or republish it as a template, theme, kit, or similar product, on any third-party website, marketplace, or library, without our written consent.

4. Shared designs

The same template may be offered to other customers. Starting a draft from a look does not stop anyone else from using that look.

5. Optional exclusive licence

If you want us to stop offering a specific template to other customers, you may buy a permanent exclusive right to that template for a one-time fee of USD 29. Contact us if you wish to do this. After purchase we will withdraw that template from new use by other customers.

Exclusivity does not undo work already made from that template. We have no control over prior use, and we cannot reverse or recall sites that other customers published before your purchase. You acknowledge that risk before you buy. Ending a subscription does not cancel a USD 29 exclusive licence you have already paid for.

6. Early cancellation — 365 days

If you cancel, refund, charge back, or otherwise stop paying within 365 days of first getting access, your licence to keep using our template design ends. You must stop using that layout, including any ZIP you downloaded and any website published from it. Copyright in the template remains ours. You may keep and reuse your own text and photos.

If you remain on a paid plan for 365 days or more, you may keep using the finished site you already made from that template for your own business. You still may not resell or republish the template as a product.

This clause is meant to stop grab-and-cancel use of the library. We may disable the account and take down a site we host if this section is breached.

7. First sign-in

The first time you sign in, and again when we publish a new version of these terms, you must confirm that you have read and agree. We store that confirmation on your account.
